AICC Meetings in Moscow June 2006

Aeroflot is hosting the AICC meeting in Moscow, Russia June 26-30, 2006. A draft agenda is available online- Draft Agenda (MS Word, ~115 KB). This will be an interesting and exciting meeting. The AICC is inviting Russian, European, former SSR, and India airlines and vendors to participate. Attached is a preliminary agenda. If you would like to give a presentation at the meeting please contact the AICC Technical Coordinator, Anne Montgomery via email. Reminder- Meeting attendees, including US citizens, may need a visa to visit Russia. Contact the Russian Consulate or Embassy in your area for more information. US Citizens, please visit this site for more information on the visa process- http://www.netconsul.org/businessvisa/ (US Western states), residents of other US states please consult this page to find a regional Russian Consulate- http://www.russianembassy.org/CONSULAT/CONTACT.HTM US citizens, and others requiring a visa, will need a letter of invitation from the appropriate sponsor. AICC is working with Aeroflot (Thanks to Olga Semenova) to get a proper letter drafted. Anyone planning to attend the AICC meeting who needs a letter of invitation should request one through Anne Montgomery. Though this can be completed by mail and should go quickly, please be prompt with your requests.
